This leaf has the typical running headers in alternating red and blue letters which indicate, in abbreviated form, the book of the Bible.

The typical alternating red and blue colour scheme is continued with the delicate penwork intials and the chapter numbers. These form locating guides for the text which are essentially letter based rather than pictorial.
