| The first segment of text begins with an invocation in rustic capitals. This script is also used for the name MARTINI at the beginning of the third line. The rest is in a very neat and precise Caroline minuscule. There is a bit of damage to the surface of the parchment, obliterating some letters in the middle of the third to fifth lines. | |
